Our 30-day Money back guarantee Policy is valid ONLY to U.S. customers who purchased our products from here. Refund requests on purchases made via other third-party affiliates ( Amazon.com, Walmart.com or Groupon.com) health stores must be directed to the appropriate retailer. 30-day Money back guarantee is only valid for first-time purchases of a product, and redeemable item(s) must be shipped back to Kunshan Kederui Electronics Co., Ltd. Warehouse in order to process the return. Customer may not return the same item for refund more than once.

If you return your order for refund, $4.99 will be deducted due to our shipping and handling fee. The funds go back onto your original payment method, not including shipping costs on your original order. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been processed. Please allow 10-14 business days for Exchanges/Returns to be processed.

We do not process refunds for LOST OR STOLEN packages confirmed DELIVERED by the carrier.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns due to customs issues. "Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return or exchange.

HOW TO SHIP YOUR ITEM(S)
1. DO NOT RETURN IN A BOX or large, bulky packaging.
2. Securely pack items with labels and tags, inside the original packaging.
3. Attach the Return Label to the package.
4. Drop off the package within 10 days to your nearest carrier locations.
5. We'll issue your refund or exchange within the following 10-14 days of your items arrival to our warehouse.
6. IF THE GEL IS DAMAGED DO NOT RETURN IT, DISPOSE OF IT AS YOU WISH.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

WARRANTY
If you received items damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, select the Exchange option and we’ll ship a brand new item ASAP.
